Punctuation: A Poem

He loved her in bold

She “loved him” in quotations

He proclaimed it with exclamations!

She said it with a period.

For him, there was always just one.

For her, there were commas.

His feelings were in CAPITALS,
underlined

and emphasized with italics.

Hers were there,
sometimes scratched out.

He got down on one knee to ask a question?

She left with an ellipsis . . .

SOOO that’s a random little thing I wrote some time ago and I’ve wanted to post it for a while but I’ve never posted something like this so I was a bit hesitant. I’d love to get some feedback from you!

I thought this would be the perfect time to because y’know, Valentine’s Day, love, all the things. (Though on second thought, this isn’t the happiest V-Day poem xD)

That is all.

bye. *waves*
