Review Policy

Hello authors and publishers! Welcome to my blog. I’m so happy you considered sending me your books to review. But before you do, to ensure that I am the right person to read and review your book, here are some things you should know before proceeding.

I mostly read and review Young Adult (YA) novels. I am not opposed to other genres, but I prefer to review books whose genres I am more familiar with so I am more likely to accept your book if it is YA. I do accept most sub-genres of YA– Contemporary, Fantasy, Romance, Mystery etc. I do not accept paranormal or dystopian novels.

I accept books by self-published authors because I believe a lot of great literature is self-published but goes unnoticed. In case you are a self-published author, make sure to tell me a little bit about yourself in your email.

When you email me, please mention:

  • the book, author, and publisher’s name (if self published, please specify)
  • the Goodreads page / a brief summary
  • information about the author

If I am interested in reviewing your book, I will reply to your email as soon as possible. If there is a specific date by when the review is required, do let me know.

I accept physical books and e-books, preferably in ePub or PDF format.

As much as I would love to review all the books, I am a full-time college student so I don’t have the time to read and review all of them, so in case you don’t hear from me within two weeks, I’m sorry but I couldn’t get to your book!

I will always be honest in my reviews. Though I try to avoid negative reviews (especially when the author/publisher has personally contacted me!) I will always be impartial in my reviews. (Though, so far I’ve never had to write a negative review for a book that’s been sent to me!)

If you still want to send me your book, feel free to contact me via email at
